LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Clear View MotionScreen, Inc., the manufacturer, guarantees the material and workmanship of its products to be of excellent quality and
free of defects in material and factory workmanship. This warranty expressly excludes the screen material itself. This warranty is
extended to the original purchaser, whose name appears on the warranty certificate and is in effect at the location also shown on the
warranty certificate. This warranty applies to both residential and commercial installations and is not transferable. The word “defect(s)”
as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections that impair the functionality of the Clear View MotionScreen. Implied warranty of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the terms of this warranty. The lifetime warranty applies to all
aluminum parts and Powder Coating. This does not cover the cost of labor, applicable taxes, shipping or other consequential expenses
related to removal, return or reinstallation. This Warranty shall not apply if the product has been subject to abuse, fire, flood, misuse,
negligence, modification, corrosive environments, vandalism, or acts of God or nature.
5 YEAR WARRANTY
Clear View MotionScreen offers its end user a 5-year warranty on all motors supplied with its product. Specifically, Clear View
MotionScreen warrants the motors supplied to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a
period of 5 years commencing with the date of satisfactory installation of the product. If the motor fails within this 5-year period, the
original motor manufacturer will repair or replace it free of charge through Clear View MotionScreen. Warranty is void if the electrical
motor is exposed to water, affected by acts of God, or abnormal conditions; abuse, fire, flood, misuse, negligence, modification,
corrosive environments and vandalism also void this warranty.
1 YEAR WARRANTY
Clear View MotionScreen, Inc. warrants the electronic components such as microwave transmitters and receivers for a period of 1 year.
This warranty commences the date of satisfactory installation/activation for the original purchaser. This warranty covers the unexpected
failure of an electronic controller under expected normal use. This warranty is void if the electronic component is exposed to water, acts
of God, or abnormal conditions that may cause this item to fail; abuse, fire, flood, misuse, negligence, modification, corrosive
environments and vandalism also void this warranty.
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED
Clear View MotionScreen System(s) must be professionally installed by a qualified dealer/distributor and cannot be altered in any way
by the end user. Clear View MotionScreen systems not installed by a certified/qualified dealer or distributor are not covered by this
warranty. Repairs or modifications made by the end user, voids all warranties.
LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES
The actual Screen Mesh does not apply under the Limited Lifetime Warranty. Defective or non-Conforming goods (excluding Screen
Mesh) will be replaced by the company up to 10 years from the date of installation. The warranty shall not apply if the product has been
subject to abuse, fire, flood, misuse, negligence, improper installation, modification, corrosive environments, vandalism, or acts of God.
This warranty does not cover any incidental, special or consequential damages, labor on location, service calls, reinstallation, or expenses
involved in shipping packaging and returning goods.
From the time of installation until the owner transfers title to his home to another party, Clear View MotionScreen will replace any part
of the unit that is defective under the terms of this warranty free of charge. Screen mesh is specifically excluded in this warranty.
Clear View MotionScreen, Inc. is not responsible for indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that
anyone may suffer or incur in connection with this product or its use. This warranty does not cover incidental, misuse, faulty installation
or damage to the screen material. This warranty further does not cover installation costs, removal costs, service calls, and shipping costs
of any and all materials covered in the above limited warranties.
THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ADDITIONALLY, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
